Business Development Manager - Security (Manned Guarding Sector)

Start Date: ASAP

Basic Salary: £25,000 - £35,000 DOE with an OTE of £50,000+

Location: Essex

Work Pattern: Monday to Friday

Business Development Manager - Security (Manned Guarding Sector)

This is an excellent opportunity for a target driven business development professional ideally with previous experience and proven success within Security Manned Guarding Sector. We offer complete range of security guard services to industries including corporate sector, construction sites, retail establishments, industrial warehouses and on off events. We are BS ISO9001:2015 and Safe-contractor approved supplier for security services throughout UK. Bold Security also hold SIA Approved Contractor Status (ACS) for provision of Security Guarding.

Responsibilities:

As Business Development Manager you will be required to source and develop profitable new business throughout UK. You will be expected to generate your own new leads and appointments in order to meet face to face with potential clients. This role suits someone with strong sales background ideally in security services with drive, passion, integrity to succeed and able to achieve agreed annual targets. Regular attendance is required at industry events and exhibitions presenting the company and effective networking with potential customers.

Experience:

Significant previous experience at least 3 years in developing business within the UK Security industry including corporate/ retail sites. Ideal candidate must have proven track record of selling and achieving a sales target and able to produce records of previous over achievements. Also, previous experience of compilation of effective tender process including writing, bidding and presentation is required.
