Business Development Manager

Covering the Worcestershire and West Midlands regions

?£40k - plus a company car/car allowance & commission

?

?37.5 hours per week – to include evenings and weekends as and ?when required

Our Business Development Managers are integral to the success and ?sustainability of our business – supporting our care homes to maintain ?and increase occupancy and income whilst having an up-to-date view on ?what our competitors are offering within the areas that we operate.

?

Working collaboratively with our Regional and Home Managers plus the ?central Marketing and PR team, you will ensure we’re able to run ?successful marketing campaigns, creating and maximising enquiry ?pipelines – building strong relationships with key stakeholders and the ?local community – to enable us to remain the provider of choice.

?

With a positive attitude and plenty of initiative you will have a proven track ?record in consultative sales. You will need to have good business sense ?along with strong sales & marketing acumen and a flexible approach to ?work in order to ensure the needs of the business are met.

?

Qualified to Degree level or with knowledge and ability at an equivalent ?level in a sales and/or marketing related environment is essential to ?succeed in this role. Delivering relevant training is required so strong ?communication skills are essential, as is an intermediate knowledge of ?Word and Excel (or ?similar).

Travel is a requirement for this role; therefore a full, current driving ?license essential.
