Our client is looking to recruit a tenacious, dedicated and personable Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.
Reporting to the Sales Director you will be responsible for developing & maintaining relationships with clients, meeting sales targets, taking responsibility for leading on certain products and key accounts, generating new business by the use of the latest business communications tools and technology to generate leads.
You will have 2 years minimum experience within a B2B sales role ideally within public sector and an interest in the technical / IT industry would be advantageous as would a university qualification (2:1 or above).
In addition you will be an excellent communicator, have the confidence & ability to work with individuals up to Director Level. You must also have high attention to detail & an eye for an opportunity, be able to demonstrate flexibility & dedication and have strong negotiation skills.
