A leading UK accommodation and MICE specialist is looking for a Business Development Manager to look after the region and grow revenue and profit margins through new business sales.
In this role you will be generating new leads and booking face-to-face meetings with prospective clients. Presenting proposals to close deals. You will develop relationships with key decision makers by using your natural sales and rapport building skills.
You will need:
* A MICE, Corporate Accommodation or Business Travel background
* Track record of prospecting and winning new business
* Experience in a B2B sales environment
* Self-motivated and determination for top results
* Excellent organisational skills, making sure all activity past, present and future is well documented in the CRM tool
* Enthusiastic and positive
