This charity is dedicated to providing support and services to ensure that every child and family are given the chance to succeed. Their goal is to develop and sustain a stronger community by addressing key issues around vulnerability, exploitation, poverty, unemployment and inequality.

Charity People are very excited to be collaborating with this fantastic organisation to find a Business Development Manager to join their team. Reporting into the charity Directors the Business Development Manager will plan and deliver the income generation strategy. This strategy will include varied funding streams, including business opportunities as well as grant applications and tenders. The Business Development Manager will work with staff to develop products and services for new and existing markets to generate income as well as preparing professional pitches and bids.

We are looking for a strategic fundraiser with a track record of generating income from trusts and foundations. Our Business Development Manager will be digitally savvy with a positive, flexible solution focussed approach and have a collaborative nature.

The Business Development Manager will ensure that they can increase the number and range of projects and programmes they are delivering from employability, woman's engagement, parenting and youth work to exploitation awareness all resulting in greater and safer community cohesion. This organisation offers flexible working arrangements and are open to hearing from candidates who are looking for full or part time hours, and who would like to do some home based working.
