Business Development Manager
Our client is looking for someone to join their growing Business Development team, that will thrive in a sales-driven environment, self-motivated, ambitious, persistent and able to meet challenging targets.
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing the brand and ensuring the brand is loyal, encouraging generation of ideas for potential new business, products and services and discussion of issues, encouraging of culture for the team working and mutual support continuous professional development across the team's, introducing new members ensuring they are fully aware of key and additional services and products

Skills, Knowledge and Experience required
- Experience of delivering consultancy services
- Prior assignments in B2B and B2C marketing, including new product launches
- Knowledge of estate agency case management systems and supporting software
- Experience in working with CRM databases and social networking
- Ability to generate respect and trust from staff and external customers – must have good customer care skills
- Excellent communication, public speaking and presentation skills.
- Good organisational skills, with high attention to detail Managing Finances and Resources
- Analytical and problem solving with ability to make decisions
- Proficiency with Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc)
- Strong team player, but equally good at taking initiative Leading, Developing and Managing People
- Pursuing Professional Excellence
- Full UK driving licence
