Job Title: Business Development Manager
Salary: £22-£24k OTE
Our award winning client based in Tavistock are recruiting a Business Development Manager to support their expanding business.

Our client works with businesses worldwide to help them generate new business opportunities.
We are looking for motivated, outgoing staff to join the team. The successful candidate will have proven experience in sales/ business development, a sound academic background and demonstrable experience in achieving results and working to targets.
Duties will involve but will not be limited to:
* Generating new business opportunities for your client/s via the telephone
* Delivering performance KPI's
* Keeping an up-to-date pipeline
* Key Account Management, including up-selling
* Discussing your client's products/ services with senior level decision makers through various mediums including telephone, email and social media
The candidate must have the following skills:

* A personable approach and ability to convey enthusiasm
* Resilience, great self-motivation, with a strong work ethic
