Excellent opportunity available for energetic and outgoing candidates with experience in working within a sales environment with a background of either the Facilities Management, Construction and/or Health and Safety Industry. This is an exciting opportunity to join a business that can you offer you an excellent basic salary of between £20k and £30k plus long term commission and progression opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for targeting commercial clients to convert sales
  • Provide an excellent service for your new business clients in order to encourage repeat business
  • Working to set targets
  • Contacting enquiries to qualify and offer consultancy based advice regarding customer needs & requirements
  • Liaising with existent clients to discuss and close new deals
  • Identify key buying influencers within targeted sectors to identify decision makers
  • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales pipeline

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiar with the either the Facilities Management, Construction and/or Health and Safety Industry
  • Working well within a team as well as using your initiative to generate sales opportunities
  • High level of customer service and relationship building
  • Self-motivated
  • Excellent telephone and email manner
  • Excellent IT skills (Microsoft Package)
  • Someone who is versatile in a role that will evolve as the company does
