Business Development Manager
Software solutions for healthcare providers
Location flexible - England
£40,000 basic (£70,000 first year OTE - £100,000 very achievable)
Are you a medical or healthcare sales person who wants to work in the healthcare software solutions market - with the innovation, massive earning potential and growth that comes with that?
If you can handle working in a new team with limited processes and without the safety blanket of a big corporate hierarchy - this could be the ideal role for you. You'll need to have at least some understanding of software, but much more important is being able to network at the highest level within private healthcare and care sector organisations.
Selling complex solutions to healthcare organisations at national management level isn't easy - you'll need to persuade very busy people with sometimes tight budgets that you provide a real benefit and can deliver. You will however have a great product that is tried, tested and proven to deliver.
This organisation recognises that small teams and young companies can be a challenge, that's why for the right person who is ready for that environment they offer a huge bonus potential through a commission structure that pays out double figure percentages of sales value over target. If you exceed your target you can expect to be earning in the region of £100,000 annually.
