At R Winter Tooling, we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team based in Rochester. Responsible for building new, and selected existing contractual relationships, and ensuring the operational delivery of a broad range of design and engineering services to key accounts, you will also be responsible for successfully delivering a strong Commercial Strategy and overall commercialisation of the services of R Winter Tooling.

With existing customers within the premium marque automotive industry you will be able to drive commercial opportunities and joint business ventures; including developing commercial proposals, managing bid and tendering processes, and evaluate and develop new market initiatives.
