Business Development Manager required for busy organisation based in Amersham

Your new company
Based in Amersham our clients specialise in raising awareness and capital for their business to continue to develop the research to be able to provide the most up to date treatment for their patients. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to join the team and work closely with the CEO and Commercial team to keep growing their presence.

Your new role
Working with the commercial team your role is to sustain profitability and keep communication open between the researches and operations team. You will be responsible for seeking new business, project management, plan and implement strategies to increase revenue, build and retain strong relationships and contract management. This a very sales and operational role and requires someone with experience in working at board level. You will also be responsible for budget spend although not entirely accountable, a good understand of pricing models, compliance delivery especially with new regulations on the GDPR, board level reporting and stepping in to cover the CEO when needed.

What you'll need to succeed
Experience within a similar working environment and role is essential. If you have worked within a Pharmaceutical or Medical industry this is highly advantageous. You must be able to give examples of a strong commercial working background alongside account/ client management. Our clients need a well-structured, methodical and fast pace worker who is able to manage ongoing projects, sale quotes, reporting and people management. The successful applicant will be required to undergo a DBS check prior to taking up position in the role

Full-time Salary: £45,000.00 to £50,000.00 per year
