Business Development Manager

Are you an experienced Social Care executive, or an experienced Manager looking to move into a more operational level? If so this could be the perfect role for you.

Our Client a well known, and well respected, Third Sector Social Care provider, is looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the South East Region.

The purpose of the role will be to head up the business development for the South East Area within the within the Care and Support Service, finding new opportunities for the organisation. To create network contacts ; focusing on developing bids and development opportunities. Build effective links with local commissioners and other specialists across the area and develop a clear understanding of the commissioning priorities. Secure sustainable funding for services and seek and responds to new opportunities. Where necessary support Service Managers and others to publicise vacancies, promote our services and undertake assessments.

The organisation specialises in services for people who are sensory deprived, and so if you have experience in these services, you will be highly suitable.

The role will be to cover the South East and there is flexibility on where your base office will be located. The role also comes with either a car allowance or a company car.

If you have good experience of tender writing, finding and developing new services and of funding applications, then we need you!

Contract: Permanent

Location: London/Kent/Brighton

Salary: £30,000,p.a + Car allowance/Company Car
