You'll be will be pivotal in expanding their client base and creating new opportunities as well as developing on-going trusted partnerships with clients.

As the Business Development Manager, you'll have ownership of:

  • Identifying, developing and maintaining new business opportunities to build a consistent pipeline
  • Follow up on all sales enquiries using appropriate tools and methods
  • Attend meetings, write proposals, negotiate and close business
  • Work closely with the business founders to generate sales and business strategy development
  • Entertain your clients/prospects and attend business events

And you will have:

  • Three years of solution selling experience
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Impeccable communication skills and competent with writing proposals
  • Strong drive and ambition to succeed with a results orientated mentality

You'll report directly into the Managing Director and will have the opportunity to work with autonomy whilst being part of a supportive, first-class and inspiring team.
