Business Development Manager

We work with some of the fastest growing startups in the UK and Europe, helping small to medium-sized business put together time and cost-saving solutions to enhance their operational process and accelerate sales growth. We outsource offshore business processes including lead generation, content moderation, data entry and processing, and tagging and categorisation for e-commerce. We have grown by 150% year on year since launch and aim to keep expanding this year. We are looking for a hungry and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our existing team. Responsibilities

  • Develop, qualify and manage your own pipeline - we have lots of leads!

  • Present Taskeater services to businesses in person and over the telephone.

  • On-boarding new clients and helping transfer them to the operations team.

  • Maintaining a growing CRM system and maintaining a healthy pipeline.

  • Identifying new verticals and sectors to sell to.

Ideal Candidate

  • 2-5 years experience in B2B sales with a proven track record

  • Natural communicator at all levels, especially over the telephone and via email

  • Have strong presentational skills

  • Be extremely proactive, driven and self-motivated

  • Be target-driven

  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • An understanding of internet and technology companies

  • An existing mindset and toolkit of ideas and techniques how to sell into primarily technology companies.

  • Experience in identifying new sales target opportunities
