Our client is a family run business who are renowned for investing well in their employees. They are a growing fleet company who specialise in contract and lease hire.
In recent years they have grown the business considerably and have some fantastic growth plans for the future meaning they are now wanting to increase their sales team. The Business Development Manager will report in to the Sales Manager and will focus on the lease hire side of the company across the East Midlands.
The role is 100% new business, but may include an element of account management with larger clients where required, although the company have an internal account management team who will provide the backup and support for all newly secured accounts.
The Business Development Manager will be a highly autonomous role and my client is looking for an individual who has a proven track record in new business with a self-driven and motivated attitude.
You must have experience in the fleet industry and experience of working with a broker would be highly beneficial.
Key skills and experience required:
- Sales experience within B2B lease hire/fleet management is essential
- Proven track record in winning new business
- A passionate, enthusiastic and driven approach
- Ability to build strong relationships
- Full, clean driving license
