Quality Personnel are supporting our client in recruiting a Business Development Manager who will be based in MK, however out of the office 3/4 days per week targeting and selling Solutions and Products direct into European Airports.
To be successful in this role you'll need to have an understanding of solution selling B2B. Together with the confidence and ability to communicate with people at all levels.
A high level of personal credibility and ability to influence internal decision makers and major customers is essential.
Returning to the office and discussing solutions with Designers and rolling out large-scale projects.
Achieving monthly and annual sales revenue targets from new and existing customers with the support of an Account Manager.
Securing customer appointments with European Airports and offering solutions.
A quarterly bonus will be paid on achievement of targets. Laptop, company credit card, mobile telephone, company car (Mondeo), 25 days holiday + bank holidays.
