Permanent Business Development Manager in York (B2B) Full Time, £35,000 to £40,000 with uncapped commission

Your new role
This is an exciting opportunity for the right individual - you will be working alongside the Commercial Manager on a daily basis to expand an already growing portfolio of clients through new business development within a number of different channels and territories. Your role is integral to the success of the business.

What you'll need to succeed
Previous proven experience in a business development role delivering sales in a B2B setting. Proven experience of working to ambitious sales targets.

You will be focused on new business with a tenacious approach. You will need to demonstrate a high level of resilience and a pro-active attitude. To support you sales a good understanding of Social Media outlets is preferred and you will demonstrate good communication skills both verbally and written with the ability in successfully negotiating with and presenting too potential clients.

What you'll get in return
£35,000 to £40,000 basic salary.
