Business Development Manager
Package: £30,000 + Car + Excellent Commission Scheme
Realistic OTE: £60K (year 1)
My client, who specialise in providing Manage Print Solution nationwide is currently recruiting for a highly enthusiastic and energetic Business Development Manager to drive sales and contract renewals.
Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be responsible for the sales, the day to day management of CRM and maintaining a full pipeline.
Key role and responsibilities;
Act as an ambasador for the company.
Managing the performance of existing accounts.
Analise the CRM and detect opportunities for growth.
Engage with decision makers in your given patch and arrange meetings.
Create proposals and present them to the client with the aim to close deals.
Required experience and skills;
B2B or B2C sales experience.
Professional and clear communication skills, coupled with the ability to network at a high level and build strong business relationships.
Comfortable making decisions.
Proven objection handling experience and strong negotiation skills.
Commercial understafind of business and results focused
