We are looking to recruit an experienced, office based, business development manager to take charge of driving the growth of our UK wide, B2B client base.
As part of an experienced team of finance/HR recruitment consultants, you will be responsible for following up vacancy leads and converting these into live vacancies. In addition, you will identify new customers and build strong relationships, negotiate profitable fees, payment terms & PSL agreements, take detailed job descriptions, create and deliver presentations, share market intelligence with the wider team and generally drive the sales and marketing efforts in a creative and entrepreneurial way.
We require someone who is a self-starter, IT literate and able to consistently achieve monthly business targets. A high level of telephone work is involved along with attending client meetings, occasional exhibitions and social events as required.
Reporting to the director(s), you will be joining an established business with a 20-year history within our market, have access to a developed CRM system and benefit from a wealth of sector knowledge and experience.
Cross training will be available for candidates with a successful and stable B2B sales background who already poses strong negotiating and closing skills.
