My client are a market leading Estate Agency based in Leeds and they are looking to recruit an ambitious and proactive individual to join their new Business Development department as their Business Development Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to establish a new department in an already very well established business. The successful candidate will have already worked in a Business Development role and have experience in outbound telesales. You must have worked in a Business Development / Telesales environment for a minimum of two years. Your main function in the role will be to call through the existing database to gain new Sales and Lettings business. Other duties will include:
- Generate new lettings and sales business opportunities across the branch network.
- Deal with web leads, and other digital leads efficiently and effectively to secure the market appraisal appointments.
- To liaise with branches and all other departments whilst reporting to the Directors to promote the interests of the Company at all times.
- Organise and carry out telephone based canvassing activities to generate new business including the follow up phone calls of email campaigns.
- Maximise additional income streams such as conveyancing, financial services, buy to let services and land and new homes.
