Business Development Manager

My Client, a well established and growing company are currently seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Business Developer to join their team.

Within this role you will:

  • Prospect and develop new clients across a set market or geographic area to build pipeline and relationships with new clients.
  • Plan approaches and pitches with the wider internal team to ensure of a solid proposal, participating in the pricing of the solution or service.
  • Retain existing customers and enhance existing relationships through meetings and regular contacts.
  • Take part in regular planning, identifying new opportunities for services and distribution channels leading to improved sales performance.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous experience in the building service sector.
  • Excellent sales track record with an understanding of marketing.
  • Experience in bid writing or winning contracts.
  • Energy procurement experience.
