We have a new and exciting opportunity available for a Business Development Manager to join our client, a specialist in their field, who are based in Epping.

As a Business Development Manager you will be responsible for driving sales through new and existing business and managing distribution partner relationships.

Working Monday – Friday between the hours of 9:00am – 5:30pm, our client is offering a salary of up to £45,000 per annum dependent on experience as well as attractive benefits.

Main Responsibilities of Business Development Manager:

  • To identify strategic business opportunities to generate revenue through new and existing partnerships
  • The ability to recognise opportunities and the sales experience to nurture prospects into clients
  • Develop and deliver a regional strategy, updating quarterly
  • Business planning to achieve regional distribution strategy and national sales targets
  • Develop relevant accounts into Key Account status
  • Reporting Sales and KPIs on the 2nd day of each month
  • Identify new areas for product development
  • Implement marketing, advertising and promotion planning, where appropriate
  • Plan; prioritise activities and prospects toward achieving agreed sales targets brokers
  • Execute the responsibilities of the Sales Manager
  • Travel required (UK only)
