You will be a dynamic Field Sales Executive with a confident personality who is proactive, motivated and driven to succeed in a customer driven sales environment. Structured planning and working of a territory is a key foundation alongside being a balanced relationship builder who can think quickly, react to market trends to maximize each and every sale.
The ideal Field Sales Exec must be able to work on your own initiative with skills to build relationships and sell technical products, packages and service levels to prospects within your area.
You must look to raise the company profile and to maintain and grow the customer base developing and managing 'real' relationships with the key players in your area.
Working Patch & Zone ~ linked / paired with site requirements, post code map in site visual with zones for Rep and site team
BDM Target area split into 4 zones, then into 4 again creating 16 working areas. This becomes a managed area with 16 days out and 4/5 in the BDM working depot.
16 days out becomes a cycle - expectations is to ensure each zone is covered, every inch every mile, for Commercial business.
4 / 5 day working in the site ~ BDM to be on site on a provided hot desk, catch up with line manager when in, staff re area market etc and office buddies who paired with. This Day will be set by the reps line manager.
Please note if leads / prospects require more attention through BDM work in the zones then 2 days on hot desk and work at Reps depot may be implemented.
Time Management is an essential part of the role to maximise the business. Rep to be in working zone / patch for business opening hours and departing the zone / patch closing hours.
