Liquid Friday, are looking for a motivated and ambitious Business Development Manager to join our busy sales team. We're one of the fastest growing companies in the UK, delivering Payroll Management and Accountancy services to UK contractors and temporary workers. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role so requires someone who is a self-starter and enjoys a challenge.
As our Business Development Manager, you’ll have a strong background in Sales and Account Management. You’ll be tasked with growing our client base, in the South. You'll need to build a professional reputation, identify opportunities, make approaches and have strong negotiation skills. You’ll energetically approach all the channels at your disposal (email, telephone, social media, face-to-face and networking)
You'll be likeable, confident and have the ability to build a strong, credible and lasting rapport with clients. You'll be target driven and have a relentless passion to succeed.
Your duties will include:
- Identifying and contacting key individuals with existing and potential clients to identify opportunities and manage service levels.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients.
- Build relationships to generate referral activity.
- Attend evening networking events
Experience in the following is essential:
- Proven experience in sales and account management.
- Proven experience in hitting targets and achieving KPIs.
