Our business development team is responsible for building and capitalising on relationships with secondary schools, global education companies, governments, and universities from around the world. We are looking for smart, driven and enthusiastic people who can propel forward the movement that we’ve already begun: changing how students make decisions about their futures.
Our Business Development Manager will assist in executing targeted and strategic outbound activity via email and phone to hit targets and be able to travel around the world to represent the brand and products at global conferences and shows.
The salary is negotiable between £35-45K depending on experience, with an uncapped commission structure with an achievebale range of £15-20K.
You will be a great fit for this role if you are:
- Degree educated.
- Have 4 years + experience in business development with a consultative approach.
- You have a creative mindset.
- You want to take ownership for your role and be autonomous.
- Language skills would be highly useful but not essential.
