Kingscroft are recruiting for an experienced Business Development or Sales Manager capable of delivering growth to a well-established and positioned company. As the ideal candidate you will be an experienced and successful sales professional with the ability to work with existing clients and bring in new business to this first class plastics extrusion business.
The role will allow the successful candidate to have the freedom to explore relevant new markets with the business having the technical capacity to support the design and development for bespoke applications.
The role requires:
- Strong Business Development and Sales skills ideally in a Plastic Extrusion or closely related sector
- Ideally some technical skills in plastic extrusion , tooling and plastic processing and sales ability
- Ability to plan and deliver sales campaigns aligned to the company sales strategy
- Accurate reporting , feedback and analysis of new business and account progress
- Ability to build excellent relationships across the target industry
- A proactive and energetic approach to building the sales pipeline
