Business Development Manager

Due to continued growth, a great opportunity has arisen to join a well-established and longstanding security company based in Hampshire. After developing a strong name in the industry for the past 50 years, this NSI Gold Security Installer is looking for a Business Development Manager, to generate new business opportunities within the region.

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and achieve new business opportunities within defined markets across the South Coast.
  • Proactively identify and develop partners who can enhance business, typically end users, contractors, technology partners, and consultants.
  • Obtaining new install and service contracts focussed around electronic security systems (Intruder, CCTV, Access Control and Fire)
  • Develop and specify solutions to the clients’ needs.
  • Achieve the agreed level of new customers/orders/sales.

Skills Required:

  • Demonstrable knowledge / record of substantial sales ability and results in Access Control, IP CCTV and integrated security systems would be preferred.
  • Proven success in the development of new accounts.
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organisation, including executive level.
  • Financial and commercial awareness.

Package:

  • c£30,000 + commission + car + benefits (OTE £50,000+)
