Our client, a fast growing and reputable mortgage lender operating within the bridging and development finance sector, is currently seeking to recruit an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their growing team.
You will be responsible for increasing the company’s lending by improving the company’s profile in the market place and promoting its products and services to new introducers as well as managing existing introducer relationships. Candidates will also provide high level support to partners and assist in educating around more complex areas of specialist lending.
Our client is looking for candidates to come from a mortgage background, and have a proven track record of working within a Business Development or Account Management role. You will have a good knowledge of the mortgage, and in particular the intermediary market (ideally with exposure to the bridging, commercial or development finance space) and be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver against agreed business targets.
