The firm are seeking to hire a Business Development Manager into their Central London office based close to Westminster.
The Business Development department is split into two, one half handles the marketing and the other supports the business with strategy and general business development.
You will take over from the current Business Development Manager and will manage a team of two, a Business Development Executive and an assistant. You will support teams with projects and pitches and will work at management (Partner) level advising the firm on strategy, you will deal with general training and will support the Partners with their business development activity. This is an exciting time to join the firm, they have more growth planned over the next 12 months and you will be at the forefront of this. Your role will be wide ranging covering all practice areas, the varied nature of the role will make for an interesting workload.
This role comes with good prospects for progression.
- You will be a Business Development Manager with at least four years' experience (there is no upper limit regarding the amount of experience)
- You will ideally already work in a law firm, but the firm are happy to consider strong candidates working in other professional services
- You will be an ambitious candidate
