Business Development Manager
Location Flexible - to cover EU/EEA, Russia and the Middle-East.
Up to £150,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and expenses.
My client is a well-established and successful private equity firm specialising exclusively in the global life science sector. It provides equity funding to biotech, medtech and pharmaceutical companies. Due to the company’s awards and successes, it is looking to expand their existing business development team.
The ideal candidate will have an excellent track record of fund-raising from institutional clients in EU/EEA, Russia and the Middle-East probably specialising in HNW private clients or pension work, private banks, family offices or institutional pensions funds. You will need to have an established client base, or have the ability to develop connections, be willing to travel and have good communication skills to build strong, long-term relationships with highly successful advisers.
You will also have to be aware of the key factors driving that market and have complete knowledge of the private equity competitor landscape.
