Business Development Manager / Sales Manager is required for a new and exciting role with a well-established business. White Recruitment have been retained by a UK manufacture to find a new Business Development Manager / Sales Manager with a proven track record at winning business in the education and re-seller markets. We are looking for an interesting, passionate and driven individual who can passionately help our client grow their business. A background in product sales is ideal for this new role.

Requirements

Proven track record as Business Development Manager / Sales Manager

Experience of product sales

Used to dealing with Buyers / Local Authorities / Universities and re-sellers

Experience of increasing customer spend via account penetration

Able to budget and planning contract and tender negotiation ensuring suitable agreements are entered

Able to spot potential new markets

Pro-active mind-set is a must for this role

Duties

Develop current customer base

Win new customers

Work closely with the E-commerce manager to ensure online content is suitable

Speak and demonstrate products at exhibitions
