Business Development Manager The iCentric Agency is a leading digital agency with an inhouse development centre based in central Bedford and a sales office based in central London.
We are seeking for an immediate start an experienced, commercial, entrepreneurial, and highly focused Digital Agency Business Development Manager. Our team continue to service rapid growth with numerous blue chip clients such as Subaru, Porsche, The United Nations, Harry Potter and more.
The ideal candidate will have experience of presenting, scoping and selling digital services and web based software products to B2C and B2B prospects alongside our existing client pipeline.
Technically asute, your ability to see a prospects perspective and offer them an insightful solution to deliver on their business requirements will be second to none.
Your overall ambition will be to become a senior figure within the business, directing and overseeing operations within the next few years.
We have a healthy inbound lead pipeline and further strategic targeting plans to build the business further. The successful candidate will be comfortable owning the sales pipeline, planning new business campaigns using CRM tools, building rapport with prospects, taking requirements and preparing RFQ and tender responses as well as attending business pitches and making client side presentations with a view to closing deals.
You will be very comfortable and confident handling all sorts of digital requirements from content managed websites, e-commerce and digital marketing programs. We have quality supporting collateral and you will have access to our team to provide further enhanced sales and marketing communications to support your function.
Typical sales opportunities are sizeable, and project lead times typically in excess of 3 months, so you will be used to working with larger web based projects, in-house developer teams and multiple client stakeholders.
You must be a highly driven, can do, self-starting individual that has a successful track record in digital sales and currently looking for an opportunity to step up and build this area of the business alongside our key leadership team.
Under your immediate control you will have a telesales team and an online marketing expert at your disposal.
The role will report directly to the Directors.
Starting salary is £35-40K with a realistic OTE of £50-60k in year one.
