We are currently representing an exciting SME based in Northampton, who are looking for a motivated Business Development Manager to join their growing business. As Business Development Manager, you would join the sales team in their continued mission for further market penetration, pro-actively sourcing and winning new clients from a mixture of warm leads and cold business development.
You must have a demonstrable background of successfully developing new business and display a professional yet tenacious, driven personality.

Their product/solution is technology-based so experience in this field would be advantageous but it certainly isn’t essential.
Job Scope: To approach key potential clients across numerous sectors and from SME to international, corporate organisations, to develop new business then build working relationships to leverage further opportunities. The role will comprise both cold, new business calls and some on-going account management, and will necessitate national travel.
The client has a recognisable brand name within their sector and they are looking for people who can demonstrate the tenacity and professionalism to win accounts and help to keep them moving forward. As the business progresses, you would be instrumental in its growth, potentially taking on further responsibility.
