The successful Business Development Manager - Workwear will be responsible for opening new national accounts in a particular vertical.
Your responsibility is new business sales, ensuring revenue and profitability on the Country Units strategic prospect accounts within Work-wear according to agreed plans and targets.

The responsibilities of the Business Development Manager - Workwear include:
To ensure that the company's vision, values and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
Individual responsibility for pipeline, revenue (on strategic prospect accounts and new sites on existing customers) and the strategic direction of the allocated sector
Responsible for the implementation of strategic prospect account plans (including development targets and entry strategies)
Develop and maintain opportunity pipeline and provide revenue forecasts. Ensure pipeline is maintained at budget or above.
Ensure effective collaboration with CU Strategic Account management and Operations organisations to safeguard long term positive development of the customer base
Develop and nurture relationships with key individuals on new accounts of high importance
Successful delivery of presentations to prospective customers in order to secure new business.
Ensure all contract documentation and administration is accurate and delivered to the business in a timely manner
Prepare monthly reports for pipeline v target for Manager/Director.
