Parc Ellis are working with a growing and dynamic global business in the recruitment of a experienced Business Development Manager. This role will be working as part of a UK business development ream growing Sales revenue in Certification and Training services nationwide.
You must have an experience of working in a National Sales role with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Past Experience of working in the certification industry or a professional services industry would be highly desirable.
Duties may involve:
To meet and exceed your sales target
To arrange and conduct sales meetings and presentations with clients across the UK
To build positive relationships with new and existing clients to increase initial revenue and retention revenues.
To record all sales leads and activities in the client CRM tool in line with the sales team etiquette
To build positive relationships with new and existing consultants to increase number of quotes and sales conversions
To support the Sales and Marketing Director with sales visits, exhibitions and events when necessary
Maintaining and handling key customer accounts
To maximise sales of products and services, including the development of appropriate sales channels.
Ensure the customer’s experience is reflected in all sales activities and customer propositions.
The production of national tenders co-ordinated through the Sales and Marketing Director.
Essential Experience required:
Previous external Business Development experience with Senior level management
Proven national Business development experience
The ability to work with internal teams and National Accounts to develop revenue
Ability to understand and utilise financial and management information, with the ability to make informed decisions.
Experience of the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactical plans.
Proven Ability to "sell" services.
Experience of developing and implementing effective sales plans.
Experience of the Certification industry would be highly beneficial
Full clean driving licence.
In return the company are offering a salary of up to £42k plus bonus, Commission, company car and 25 days holidays.
