Our client provides solutions, to encourage and allow people to live independently, in their own homes, for as long as possible.
They are looking for a commercially astute Business Development Manager to promote their brand that has a number of operational streams including homecare, Alert and Response and sheltered housing. The key purpose of this role is to analyse, identify and source new growth opportunities, that leads to improving customer well-being, and delivering healthy profit margins.
You will demonstrate a customer-focused, action-oriented and confident approach, and emulate your belief in the brand. Emotional intelligence and negotiation skills are a must, as you will need to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders in driving a commercial and profitable approach. This is an operational role, and therefore requires energy, enthusiasm and self-motivation to achieve results.
• Working with the Operational Managers to produce a SWOT analysis for each stream, identifying growth opportunities
• Pro-actively seeking developments in technology: remodelling and developing new services
• Leading on the identification, preparation and delivery of bids, proposals and panel pitches to secure funding and new business
• Identifying and linking opportunities for growth within Trustcare, that can be delivered within Trafford and beyond
