Our Client has a global strategy to build their business into the leading provider of identity solutions in the worlds of "fraud, risk and compliance", "employee screening" and "customer and location intelligence".
Their Marketing Team work with Product and Sales Teams to develop unique value propositions that drive new business acquisition, customer retention, cross and up-sell opportunities.
The Marketing Team oversee some of the core channels such as Web, PR and Brand Communications. They are now extending the team to include a Telemarketing Manager ( a proven Business Developer who will move quickly into Management role) who will report to the Group Head of Marketing Operations.
Working with the Marketing Managers and Sales Leads, the Telemarketing Manager will carry out the follow-up of Marketing Qualified Leads across The Group in order to generate appointments with their field based Sales Teams. Always B2B, the individual will be required to nurture high value prospects alongside Account Based Marketing campaign, as well as follow-up leads from wider marketing activities. It is envisaged that this will include the use of appropriate digital channels (LinkedIn and Twitter) and well as telephone based follow-up. Whilst initially this role will be a stand-alone position, it is envisaged that the individual will be able to work alongside the Group Head of Marketing Operations to build out appropriate process and structures to support the development of a wider telemarketing and telesales team, and ultimately lead this function.
What you’ll do…
Work with the Business Unit Marketing Managers to develop appropriate communications that support the follow-up of high value B2B leads, including call guides and social media posts. Undertake outbound activity to generate sales ready leads/appointments for your field sales and account management colleagues. Work with the Group Head of Marketing Operations to design scalable processes for the development of the outbound function that delivers best-in-class customer experience as well as hitting ROI thresholds. Develop a thorough understanding of their products and the markets they serve in order to have engaging dialogue with target contacts, delivering targeted value propositions
To ensure you’ll be successful, they are looking for…
An individual who has experience within a business-to-business telemarketing environment, ideally with some level of management experience. Experience of using of social media, ideally for social selling purposes. Evidence of high achievement in a KPI driven sales team A good communicator, both oral and written. With the ability to listen to customer requirements and persuasively present sales propositions. Someone who is detail conscious and committed to keeping accurate and up-to-date records within a relevant CRM platform. A motivated personality; who is target orientated with high levels of energy and drive. An individual that can work across functions to design best-in-class outbound communications and then roll this out to a team.

Experience of working within the data or technology sector Experience with CRM platforms, specifically Microsoft Dynamics Experience with marketing automation tools, specifically Act-On Experience of field sales in a structured KPI driven sales team
