Business Development Manager - Telecom Products & Services
JRA are assisting with the recruitment of an experienced Senior BDM to retain and grow recurring revenue streams covering BS, BA, SN, GL and EX postcodes.
The BDM represents the entire range of our clients Telecom products and services with new and existing customers.
You will be the face of the company responsible for developing new business and nurturing key accounts.
- Ideally South West based - Bristol or surrounding
- PTR in selling Hosted / PBX / Systems / VoIP / Mobiles / Network services
- Experience selling to SME up to Corporate level
- minimum 4 years' telecom sales experience
- Experience working for a reseller
- Reliable, well-presented and tenacious
- Personable, approachable, team player and self-starter
- Full drivers licence
- Excellent / existing knowledge of the South Wales area.
·Establish productive, professional relationships with key personnel assigned customer accounts
·Coordinates the involvement of company personnel, including support, service and management resource to support the overachievement of set performance objectives and customer’s expectations
·Meet assigned target for profitable service sales and facilitate traditional hardware sales/contracts and hosted services for the supporting sales account manager
·Proactively leads the strategic account planning process in collaboration with wider business and management to support the retention and growth of allocated key accounts
·Proactively assess, clarify and validates customer needs on an ongoing basis
·Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel
·Supports the traditional sales members in qualifying and developing new and existing opportunities.
·Maintains and up-to-date and accurate sales forecast on the CRM including opportunities, contacts and conversations
Salary & Application:
Our client will offer a competitive salary with uncapped OTE dependant on experience. The package will include a car, phone, laptop, expenses, pension, fuel card and extensive ongoing investment and training throughout.
