Business Development Manager/Sub Team Leader - Bristol

Elite Mobile Limited is the No. 1 UK distributor of pre pay SIM cards within the independent and multiple market place.

Due to continued growth we are currently seeking to employ an additional Business Development Manager/Sub Team Leader to join our successful UK based sales team. As a Business Development Manager/Sub Team Leader you will be required to service and develop an established customer base using planned routes whilst also developing new business in and around Bristol.

This is a managerial and sales based role and a key part of your role is the continued development of new business as well as the recruitment, training and supervision of junior sales staff within an established team. The Applicant will also have to report to the overall Team Leader for Bristol.


  1. Manage accounts to ensure Elite delivers top quality service.
  2. Maintain good business relationships with all accounts.
  3. Open new accounts and develop new areas.
  4. Provide reports on stock holding and activations per account.
  5. Provide reports on competitor activities.
  6. Provide customer feedback to management.
  7. Assist in recruiting and training Field Sales Representatives.

Applicants must have:

  1. Excellent communication and inter-personal skills.
  2. Excellent sales and negotiation skills.
  3. Entrepreneurial mindset and decision making skills.
  4. A smart and professional appearance with a strong work ethic.
  5. The ability to work alone and as part of a team, and have the ability to motivate, and organise workload effectively.
  6. Good numeracy and analytical ability.
  7. Ability to speak either, Urdu, Panjabi, Gujarati, Hindi, Tamil, or Bengali would be an advantage.
  8. Previous sales/business development experience (preferably in the same/similar industry).
  9. A full clean driving licence (we will provide you with a company van)
  10. A degree level qualification.

In return we offer you an attractive basic salary of £30,000 - £35,000 per annum (for a 40 hour week) plus the potential to earn additional commission based upon your performance. Ongoing training and development will be offered to support you and we will also supply you with the necessary and market leading technology required to complete your tasks.
