Job Description:

Cream Soda Recruitment are searching for a Business Development Manager to manage and develop sales of football team wear to Professional, Semi-Professional and Armature football clubs in the South of England

Our client are committed to taking leadership in the supply of Teamwear in the UK, Ireland and Benelux from the top level of sport through to the grass roots.

This is a unique opportunity to join an ambitious team of highly entrepreneurial, hardworking people with a passion for football!

Business Development Manager Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Lead generation
  • Achieving Sales targets
  • Servicing Accounts
  • Retaining and developing key accounts
  • Ensuring payments are up to date
  • Achieving annual Sales targets
  • Achieving annual profit margin
  • Pro-actively targeting new business - working closely with the Marketing Department
  • Managing effective communication from the business to the customer
  • Working closely with Customer Service and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of orders
  • Excellent customer liaison, managing day to day with customers in an efficient and timely manner
  • Inter-department liaison, with ability to grow key relationships

You will need to show evidence of the following:

  • A knowledge and passion for football at all levels in the Benelux Region
  • Previous experience in a Sales driven role, preferably within a sport environment
  • Proven ability to work within a changing and fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate a pro-active and solutions based approach to workload
  • PC literate
  • Immaculately presented
  • DRIVING LISCENSE ESSENTIAL
