Business Development Manager - to£45K + car
This insurance MGA is seeking a new business development manager to assist in developing new and existing business.
Duties will include
*Prospecting for new clients and securing new agent relationships
*Analysis of potential broker base within the region
*Planning approaches to securing maximum number of effective agent relationships
*Identifying key decision makers in existing and target brokers and prepare tactics to secure increased business
*Research and build relationships with new and existing clients
*Build account plans for all key/emerging relationships helping the broader team understand the strategy proposed to secure greater business volumes and profitability
*Plan approaches and pitches; working with team to develop proposals which speak to the clients' needs
*Identify opportunities for campaigns and services which will lead to increased sales growth
The suitable candidate will have previous experience of working as a Business Development manager based in the South West and have experience of Developing Commercial Insurance business.
