£19,000 (OTE £29k) + commission

Our client are a market leading provider of literacy and reading solutions within both the private and public sector markets. They provide both bespoke and off the shelf solutions to their clients in a professional and consultative manner. They are looking to add intelligent and hardworking Sales Executives to join their growing sales team and maximize their sales potential.

*The Software Sales Executive is expected to be a determined and goal-orientated individual who is able to deal with clients and deliver the best service possible
*Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to be able to provide a professional service and selling approach
*Demonstrate a keen eye for detail and can analyse data, problem solve and make effective decisions
*The Sales Executive must like to work in a goal-orientated environment and be fully rewarded for your success

*Experience of delivering a fantastic customer experience.

What about the role?
*The Sales Executive will be dealing with public/private sector individuals ranging from head teachers to IT supervisors
*You will be making calls to create your own leads to then present the products to the customer leading into a transaction
*Be able to organise your time efficiently to deal with enquires and customer needs
*Accurately complete daily administration to ensure orders are dispatched promptly and correctly and keep CRM system up to date.
*Maintain excellent knowledge of all of the bespoke products and services being able to fully explain and demonstrate the product when necessary with a consultative approach
*Be able to take on board advice from team leaders/managers etc.
