£25-£30K+ car + commissioon Dependent on experience
As Business Development Manager you will be responsible for new / existing sales management within a chosen geographical area.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a proven track record in sales.
The role will essentially be a new business role so a 'hunger' for new business must be demonstrated.
To the successful candidate this is an excellent opportunity to join a well established growing organisation.
You'll be office based 1-2 days per week and will spend the remaining time visiting customers in the field.
You may also need to attend conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.
As yet a geographical territory has not been set this is dependent upon the home location of the
Skills and Interests
As Business Development Manager, you'll be expected to already have good sales and management skills.
These skills will show a solid aptitude for sales account management and a hunger for new business.
The role will have an initial emphasis on new business but will switch to an account management role as the
successful candidate builds their geographical 'patch'.
It is essential that the candidate has a sound sales background.
The successful candidate will need to have:
· Excellent sales and negotiation skills
· Good business sense
· Initiative and enthusiasm
· Excellent communication and 'people skills'
· Good planning and organisational skills
· The ability to work calmly under pressure
· Good IT, budget and report writing skills
· A full driving licence
The company will provide full training on the company prior to starting in the field and on-going product training.
This role offers great opportunities, once the candidate has established their geographical area they may have the opportunity to choose their chosen path within the company.
