THE ROLE: As Business Development Manager you will be selling service, maintenance, repair and upgrade contracts on door entrance systems. There will elements of both account management and new business acquisition in this position - with a client base of Facility Management companies, together with end users such as Commercial Offices, Hospitals, Schools, Universities, Hotels, Leisure operators and Government buildings. This contract based sales position will require organisation, persistence and strong commercial acumen.
THE PERSON: To be considered for this position you should have experience in selling a service. You will also be engaging, enthusiastic and structured - with a clear desire to succeed.

THE PACKAGE FOR BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:
- Basic: £30,000 - £35,000
- Bonus: £10,000 ote
