Established vendor of specialist Business Intelligence systems for NHS Hospital Trust Customers (part of larger group of IT Managed Services Providers) requires experienced Health Systems Software Sales professional with experience of the NHS procurement landscape and having a demonstrable track record in selling IT Solutions and software to the UK NHS Trust hospital secondary care market.
My client solves operational performance challenges for clients who face complex data and compliance issues with a team who is the forefront of applying Microsoft technology and can pinpoint the steps needed to extract maximum value from existing systems. They focus on Analytics, Automation and Compliance and quantify the impact we can have on key objectives which are critical to mission success.
In this role you will engage with new and existing our customers to define new ways in which to support them in providing reliable and robust solutions. They are genuinely excited by major recent business integration with a larger group and want a big push to encourage more NHS Primary Care trusts to join their growing user community.
We are looking for an experienced Sales professional with a clear track record of success in providing software solutions to the NHS. An in-depth knowledge of the procurement and governance processes used across the NHS is essential.
To join as a BDM / Account Manager you must have a background of working on both New Name Sales and growing existing Accounts.
Key Responsibilities also include input to the monthly forecasting, business approval process work, good use of CRM, regular contact with colleagues to track and report upon progress towards success during the month.
Required Skills and Experience:
A demonstrable track record of successfully selling software solutions to the NHS - Hospital Trusts in particular
Experience of Account Management and New Logo Sales
An ability to form strong and mutually beneficial business relationships with customers.
You will be a highly energised and motivated individual with a high level of commitment and passion for achieving high levels of service excellence.
A keen understanding of Health Authority and NHS procurement processes, including those involving competitive tender processes and frameworks.
Will best suit candidate with a decent understanding of Microsoft based applications arena and ideally Business Intelligence (BI) type solutions.
Any exposure to Power BI of interest.
Good business judgement with a result-driven focus essential.
