Being integral to the UK sales team and reporting directly to the European Sales Director, as the Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for delivering on the company strategy of delivering profitable growth of existing and new RF & Microwave products to a global market, to support and the identify opportunities for new product and customers, and to deliver the required ongoing level of sales and profitability.
As the successful Business Development Manager, you will be able to demonstrate your senior level experience of sales and business development with commercial knowledge of dealing with Customer Decision Makers such as Program Managers and Senior Executives. The ideal Business Development Manager will be degree qualified at a HNC level or above in electronics engineering or an equivalent subject and will have an excellent knowledge of Radar Systems.
This job requires you to be based from their Buckinghamshire office with the ability to undertake travel both in the UK and Overseas.
