Our client a specialist property lender focussing on providing flexible solutions to client’s short term lending requirements has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Development Manager (BDM) to join their team.
In this BDM role, you will be responsible for prospecting new clients by networking, developing new relationships and building on existing relationships with brokers and intermediaries.
Educating both broker and intermediary teams on products and lending criteria, you will be required to network extensively building key introducer relationships, leveraging your product knowledge and market expertise to increase business.
This is a field-based role focussing on London and the South West.
Ideally 5 years sales experience in Property Finance, with at least 2 years in secured lending i.e. bridging, second charges.
- Experience of developing intermediary led and direct sources of new short term property lending
- Strong communication skills, flexibility and able to demonstrate an ability to develop and implement new business opportunities within the non-regulated short term property finance industry
