Area to be covered: London & South East

Remuneration: Up to £50,000 (depending on experience) + circa £10,000 bonus

The role of the Business Development Manager - Precast Fixings Systemswill involve:

  • Business Development Manager role selling precast concrete lifting products both used within a wide range of applications such as; precast concrete, brickwork facades, glass facades, stone facades, concrete frame and natural stone
  • Selling via structural engineers, architects, consulting engineers, tier 1 main contractors and regional / national housebuilders
  • Predominantly new business focused role
  • Going after project sizes between £250k - £750k
  • A typical project would be a 30 storey high rise glass residential building
  • Will be provided with hot leads from the internal team and Glenigans

The ideal applicant will be a Business Development Manager - Precast Fixings Systemswith:

  • Must have external construction sales experience with precast concrete lifting systems, or related precast products
  • Must have site experience
  • Must have dealt with structural engineers, architects, consulting engineers, contractors and / or housebuilders & developers
  • Genuine 'get up and go’ work ethic
  • Results orientated and outgoing
