Fraser Carver Recruitment are working with a leading PropTech company who specialise in conevyancing solutions used by the mortgage intermediary markets. With ambitious growth plans we are looking for a number of talented sales people to help grow their business. This is very much a "new business" sales role as opposed to account management so we are looking for individuals who are used to working in a fast paced, highly target driven sales environment. Whilst someone from the conveyancing/ mortgage intermediary space would be ideal, we are open to candidates from other sectors who feel they are quick to learn and can transfer their sales skills accordingly.

We are looking for a dynamic Area Development Manager to expand our footprint in regional markets, particularly in the conveyancing referral sector targeting mortgage brokers. This field-based position is ideal for a proactive sales professional who has an existing network of clients or can develop a client network to accelerate growth and market penetration.

Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition and Network Utilization:
  • Leverage an existing book of clients to introduce our services and secure new business.
  • Identify and pursue new clients within the designated regional territory using strategic sales techniques.

Relationship Management:

  • Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Continuously engage with the existing network to maximize opportunities and client retention.

Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:

  • Conduct market research to understand regional dynamics and competitive landscapes.
  • Develop targeted sales strategies that cater to specific regional characteristics and opportunities.

Sales Presentations and Contract Negotiations:

  • Deliver compelling presentations tailored to client needs, showcasing the advantages of our conveyancing services.
  • Handle negotiations and close deals, ensuring alignment with both client expectations and company goals.

Performance Tracking and Reporting:

  • Monitor sales metrics and report results to senior management regularly.
  • Provide insights and forecasts that inform adjustments to tactics and strategy.

Collaborative Initiatives:

  • Work collaboratively with marketing, customer service, and product teams to optimize the sales process.
  • Represent the company at industry-specific events, enhancing brand visibility and expanding professional networks.

Qualifications:

  • Proven field sales experience with a verifiable track record of overachieving quotas.
  • If from within the sector, an existing book of relevant client contacts that can be immediately leveraged.
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to connect with key business executives and stakeholders.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, including effective presentation capability.
  • Self-motivated and able to thrive in a results-driven environment.
  • Proficient in using Salesforce and Microsoft Office suite.
