Job Description: Business Development Manager - Health, Medical, and Aesthetics
Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Capital Sales Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in the Health, Medical, and Aesthetics space. The ideal candidate will be a passionate "hunter gatherer" with a relentless drive for success, an exceptional ability to secure new accounts, cultivate their territory, establish enduring partnerships, and thrive in a fast-paced, successful environment. With a minimum of three years' experience in sales, territory sales, or business development, the successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and market expansion.
- New Business Acquisition: Proactively identify and target potential clients within the Health, Medical, and Aesthetics sectors. Employ creative strategies to penetrate new markets and secure new accounts, consistently exceeding sales targets.
- Territory Development: Strategically manage and develop the assigned territory, leveraging market insights and trends to uncover growth opportunities. Create and execute territory-specific business plans to maximize market penetration.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, decision-makers, and influencers. Collaborate cross-functionally to address client needs and provide exceptional customer experiences.
- Product Knowledge: Develop an in-depth understanding of our capital equipment offerings in the Health, Medical, and Aesthetics fields. Articulate the value proposition of our products to clients and effectively communicate how they align with their needs and goals.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute a robust sales strategy that aligns with organizational goals and targets. Continuously assess and adapt the strategy based on market dynamics and competitive landscape.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a well-organized sales pipeline, accurately forecasting potential revenue and tracking progress towards targets. Utilize CRM tools to manage leads, opportunities, and customer interactions.
- Market Insights: Stay current with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies in the Health, Medical, and Aesthetics sectors. Use this knowledge to drive informed decision-making and anticipate customer needs.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure a seamless customer journey and alignment of strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of three years' experience in sales, territory sales, or business development, preferably within the Health, Medical, and Aesthetics industries.
- Proven track record of consistently exceeding sales targets and acquiring new business.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and credibility with diverse clients.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
